How Christmas on the Couch Works
Christmas on the Couch connects families experiencing financial hardship or challenging circumstances with caring community sponsors who want to help make the holiday season brighter for children and families in our community.
Families Apply → Applications Are Reviewed → Families Are Matched With Sponsors → Sponsors Shop → Gifts Are Received → Families Pick Up
Before You Apply
Applications will be reviewed after the application period closes. Selection is based on program guidelines, family circumstances, available resources, and sponsor availability. Submission of an application does not guarantee assistance. Selected families will receive additional information regarding gift pickup. Christmas on the Couch is a pickup-only program.

Sponsor a Family
Help Bring Hope Home for the Holidays
Individuals, families, businesses, churches, civic organizations, and community groups are invited to sponsor a family through Christmas on the Couch.
Approved families will be matched with sponsors while protecting the family's private information. Sponsors will receive the information needed to shop, such as children's ages, clothing and shoe sizes, interests, needs, and Christmas wish-list items.
Sponsors will purchase the gifts and deliver them to Mama’s Couch Foundation by the designated gift drop-off deadline. Mama’s Couch Foundation will coordinate gift pickup with each selected family.
Gift Drop-Off & Family Pickup
Details will be provided directly to participating sponsors and selected families.
Sponsors will receive instructions for delivering gifts to Mama’s Couch Foundation, including the designated drop-off date, time, and location.
Selected families will receive separate pickup instructions after they have been notified and matched.
For the privacy and safety of participating families, pickup details will not be posted publicly.
